               MAKENZIE DEY
                      YOGA

Hey, beautiful people!

My name is Makenzie—some call me Z, and I love them both. I’m a 200-hour Vinyasa CYT, dynamically trained in Maui, Hawaii, during the month of November 2024.

Yoga has helped me work through a lot of traumas, and I’m 100% certain I wouldn’t be who I am today without it. I strive to share that same healing and connection with others.

I aim to reach people with open hearts who are yearning for more fulfillment and meaning in their lives—those seeking something deeper than running on autopilot. My goal in every class I guide is to create a space where students can cultivate body awareness, presence, and a sense of union.

My favorite ways to guide and practice are Vinyasa classes and gentle slow flows. You can usually find me around White Lake, but you’ll now see me at Lakeshore Fitness in North Muskegon on Saturday mornings at 8 a.m.

Come join me on Saturday, November 15th, from 8:00–8:55 a.m. for a free slow flow session. I can’t wait to move, breathe, and grow together!

With love,

Mackenzie (Z)
